Delivery and shipping costs
We dispatch all parcels weighing up to 30 kg via Swiss Post. For parcels with one dimension
exceeding 100 cm, or two dimensions exceeding 60 cm, up to a length of 250 cm, or where the combined circumference and length
(2 x height + 2 x width + longest side) do not exceed 400
cm, a bulky goods surcharge will be applied. Deliveries weighing 30 kg
or more are handled by a haulage contractor.
PostPac Priority
Deadline for submission is in the morn- ing, no later than 12.00. Delivery on the next working day (excluding Saturday). If submitted on Saturday, delivery will be on Tuesday.
For orders of 30kg or more, goods are dispatched via a haulage contractor!
